Lists of Complaints

In this section you have a possibility to publish your complaints against state authorities, private structures etc. Search within the complaints is possible marking any part of a complaint. To add your complaint you have to fill in a special form. Fields, marked with "*", are obligatory to be filled. Your complaint is to be in three languages For Russian or Ukrainian it is enough to writhe in general. For Ukrainian it is possible to write in Russian if there are any problems with translations. After adding your complaint it will be moderated by Administratior of "Black List". Administratior gives a code to each complaint. Final publishing will be in case of signing an agreement, which you can see in the section "Terms of registration".
